        Oh, THAT’S a geode!   Yes: cracking those open would be something to watch.   How on Earth does he know if a bit of rock’s a geode before hand!?   Experience … and an education in Geology, yes?   Give me a couple of minutes to kick myself for not thinking, there!

        €10 sounds a good price for something that gorgeous: it’s about £8, if I’ve got the conversions right. Which is a good price: especially when you consider some of the New Age shops around here charge a fortune for them.

        Right … I’ll be honest, Trevor, I’m going to put my foot down on the scores: ‘quizmaster’s decisions about scores are final,’ and all that!   (Considering he — and a lot of his family — are listed as ‘of Poitiers!’)

        And yeah: the US rental market sounds messier than the UK’s.   I’d imaging a federal, state, county, city/town and parish levels can’t be good!

        Pointless trivia for you, though: apparently, Lear’s bird drawings are considered to be on a par with J. J. Audubon’s.
