Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 5th November, 2023.

5th November, 2023.

Yep: it’s a Sunday.

And?

I’ve got Wet Leg’s “Oh, No” banging around my head!

Why, I don’t know.

Apart from the fact it’s got a catchy guitar riff.

And the band seems to be dressed as wombles!

Oy vey!

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        It went well enough, Olga: I managed to get some stuff done.   And a video recorded for a friend: whether it’ll get used is a whole other thing!
Have fun at the cookery show: and say ‘hi’ to Jordi for me!

        Hello, Mum!

My pleasure, Debbi: glad to help!   Ironically, in refusing to let it screen, Stef Coburn is refusing to let it earn the money he seems to be interested in!   I’ve ALSO had another look at his Twitter account.   Dearie, dearie me … !
I have to admit, I don’t know much about Kurosawa: except I think I caught one of his films, Dodes’ka-den, a long time ago.   Oh, and there’s a Japanese film called Akira: but I don’t know if it’s named for him.

Oh, I saw your comment to Debbie. You must watch Akira Kurosawa's movies. He was a big influence on many American directors, and his movies are fabulous.
