Which means I’ve had another dose of the Mounjaro medication I’m on.

I find out — after my next blood tests — how it’s helping my HbA1c sugar levels.

But … ?

The medication is said to help a patient lose weight: something I know is useful for me.

Giving I’ve consistently lost weight over the past few weeks?

I feel I can say it seems to have an effect.

†        Well … the two tests were fifteen minutes apart, Olga.   But — on my legs! — more than fifteen minutes walk apart.   And both were on a Monday: on the same day as my weight management group.   Thankfully, I’ve got plenty of time to get to the tests from the weight management class.   On top of that … ?   I generally don’t like doing more than two appointments in a given day: it seems better to keep them to a minimum and makes me less anxious.

        Hannah and Wendy’s shop’s in Folkestone Old town, apparently: the street it’s on is quite steep.

‡        That’s a thought, Debbi: my cousin’s wife and daughter have a shop in Folkestone that I believe ships.   I thought this piece would appeal!
