*        It could be worse, Debbi, we could WELL be going though Neuromancer.   If Molly turns up, I’d get out of town.   (Gibson has said, several times, that he based Molly’s rough look on Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders.   Ever since?   I’ve always ‘heard’ Molly as a version of her … with a heavy New York accent …)
