8th June, 2019.
Yes: I’ve been jobhunting.
And … ?
The time between interviews is getting longer, I know that.
But, at any rate … ? I have had some good news: I’ve an interview on Tuesday.
Here’s hoping.
~≈§≈~
Right …
I’m no political reporter.
Just someone who makes a point of voting: just not for the Conservatives, if you’r asking.
At any rate, like any one interested in politics, I’ve had half an eye on the Tory party leadership contest.
I couldn’t help noticing that one contender, Michael Gove … ?
Has admitted taking cocaine, twenty years ago.
Hmmm …
OK, it’s something he regrets.
And, granted, I’m not one to criticise: given my history with alcohol.
But … ?
I hope he doesn’t get named as Tory party leader.
I’d rather not have something with that sort of history in №. 10.

Let’s move on, shall we?
Yesterday’s Teaser saw Badwolf*, Olga†, and Debbi‡ putting in their answers: with all three scoring six out of six.
Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?
Q1) 8th May saw the death of Islam’s founder, Muhammad. In which city?
Q2) In which year?
Q3) Muhammed was born in which city?
Q4) He’s said to have given Islam’s holy book by the Angel Gabriel. What’s that book called?
Q5) Finally … ? Muhammed’s viewed by most Muslims, as God’s last what?
Here’s yesterday’s questions and answers …
Q1) Theresa May steps down on 7th June, 2019. As leader of which British political party?
A1) The Conservative Party. (In full, it’s the Conservative and Unionist Party.)
Q2) Theresa May steps down on 7th June, 2019. From which British political post?
A2) The Prime Minister.
Q3) The post she’s leaving is one of the Great Offices of State. Which of the others has Theresa May also held?
A3) The Home Secretary: in other words she was in charge of the Home Office: currently held by Sajid Javid.
Q4) Her government post mean’s that Ms May is head of the what: cupboard, wardrobe or cabinet?
A4) The Cabinet.
Q5) The UK’s first woman to hold Theresa May’s position resigned in 1990: amid rows over the EU. Who was she?
A5) Margaret Thatcher.
Q6) Finally … Which British constituency does Theresa May represent in Parliament?
A6) Maidenhead.
Here’s a thought …
“O People, it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have right over you.”
Muhammed.
And a video …
Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.
Have a good day.
* Hang on, Anne: you mean Alexa’s got a built in Tamagotchi? Blimey! (Oh, apparently, Siri had a similar problem: with Glaswegian accents!)
† Oh, bless you, Olga! Cheers for the offer, but I’ve run out of shelf space! I can always keep an eye open, over here … ! Moving on? I’d actually read both articles, already. The new MacPro’s not causing issues: although I know it’s getting discussed on Quora. The issue is the stand: which seems seriously overpriced. (Oh, Dead Ringers has re-started: taken the Micky out of the cabinet. They missed out on Michael Gove …)
‡ Oh, dear … Sounds bad, Debbi!
