^        Ah HA!   The ol’ Daylight Saving situation!   I still don’t know why we do it, Debbi … !   But, if I recall, correctly?   When the Empire ruled India, Indian Standard Time was set five and a half hours ahead of GMT: supposedly, so the British officials heading for the Raj could find out local time, simply by wearing their watches upside down.
