Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 9-2-2022: Rhode Island

9th February, 2022.

Yes≤ it’s officially official: I managed to catch a movies, last night.

The 2021 horror film, Antlers.

Which is … interesting.

But I’ll let you know, more, later.

~≈Ó≈~

I’ve not drunk for years: and tend to feel a lot better for it.

But tend to keep an eye on the industry.

Especially when interesting bits of news happen, however trivial.

It seems that, recently, The Macallan, one of the Scottish distillers?

Has released a limited edition of single malts that date back to World War Two: and retailing for some £92,000.

You’re welcome to buy me a bottle.

No: I don’t drink.

But I’d love to sell it on, on Ebay!

~≈🥃≈~

Let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser sawOlga*, Mum† and Debbi‡ putting in their answers: with Olga and Debbi scoring five out of five, and Mum on four.

The quizmaster’s decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        Yep: I’ve managed to correct the spelling, Olga: cheers!   I think Warren G. Harding’s middle name’s Biblical.   But that’s possibly a good source of Fantasy names, as well as YA.   One Terry Pratchett character’s called Esmerelda Weatherwax.   He got accused of making the name up, once: until he showed you could find three E. Weatherwaxes in the New York phone book …

Now … about the link … …

†        Hello, Mum!

I bet, Debbi!   I would still have loved to have seen the Olympic Rings on Tower Bridge!

^        It’s always funny, isn’t it, Trevor?   How we always remember these things?

I wondered if the link would work. It is a news item that appeared on doctors.net, about a duct tape used in Medicine being tested. I think this must be the original

Oh, and yes, I don't drink, but selling the whisky wouldn't be a bad business. And guess what? Anna has cancelled her lesson once more.
