3rd March, 2020.
Yes, it’s officially official.
I have a condition … !
I got a call from my GP’s, yesterday: after having some blood tests, last week.
I — after an initial mix up — called called, yesterday, for some additional tests.
Including a urine test, I should add: very entertaining pots, those …
A—hem!
At any rate, extra tests.
The net result of those tests?
Seemingly, my glucose level is about double what it should be.
There was a few other bits and bobs in there, as well.
But basically?
It turns out I’m diabetic*.
I’ve got my very first diabetes review, today, at 11:50.
We’ll have to see what happens.

Sorry to hear your news, Paul. If you've never suffered from it before, it's likely to be Type II. I have several relatives on my father's side of the family with diabetes. My uncle is very well managed, and once he started on medication and started taking care of his diet he lost a lot of weight (mind you, even at his age, and he is well over 80, he's always been very active). I hope they get it under control soon. Take care. (Sorry, I'm very busy with the course, and apart from that, it's also exhausting). I hope to survive. Take care.
I saw it. I'll have to read/listen to/watch your reviews. :)

In RE today's teaser and specifically Q7, the answer can be both a guitar and a lute, depends on the strings used for the tambura 😊 az a form it leaning towards lute, however, the tambura is from the guitar family. But I might be wrong 😊 and to deserve the 'look'.
