7th March, 2020
I’m officially a silly person …
I’ve got a new laptop: a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad, running a version of Ubuntu Mate.
And was slowing transferring bookmarks and job sites over to it, manually.
I made a mistake in doing so, though: and needed to change my password.
Only to find that — somewhere along the line — I’d lost the sixteen digit PIN number needed to change my password.
In a word?
Bugger!

Let’s move on, shall we?
Yesterday’s Teaser saw David* and Debbi† putting in their answers: with both scoring five out of five.
Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Q2) That house is the what: upper house or lower house?
Q3) It’s known as the ‘Other Place’. And as the House — or Chamber — of what: Peers, Equals or Nobles?
Q4) The Other Place considers laws … and Measures: Measures submitted by the Lords Spiritual. Those lords are senior members of what?
Q5) Finally … ? The presiding officer of the House is the Speaker. What does the Speaker sit on?
Here’s yesterday’s questions and answers …

Q9) Kenkey is a type of Ghanaian what: potato, dumpling or fish?A9) Dumpling.
Q10) Finally … ? Highlife is a genre of Ghanaian what?A10) Music.
Here’s a thought …
“The [Other Place] has many fine aspects, but at its heart, it is a betrayal of the core democratic principle that those in the enlightened world hold so dear - that those who make the laws of the land should be elected by those who must obey those laws.”Charles Kennedy, 25 November 1959 – 1 June 2015.
And a song …
Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.
Have a good day.
* Pleasure, as ever, David! Keep your eyes peeled for the end of March …
† Cheers, Debbi! Oh, I should have The Faceless Ones in at some point: keep your eyes peeled!

Hi, Paul! I hope you are OK. Sorry, but the course is really intense (they gave an assignment yesterday afternoon to complete by Monday morning, for example, apart from preparing lessons, working on another assignment, going to class every day), etc. Do keep me posted on your health.
I'm not sure I'll be able to stop by tomorrow, as I'm supposed to be going for a walk in the morning and I'm not sure I'll have time for anything else.
Very good. :)
