Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 19th November 2022.

19th November, 2022.

Yes: whilst I was watching Star Trek, last night?

The BBC — during its annual Children in Need appeal — announced that new Dr Who companion is to be played by actress, Millie Gibson.

And called Ruby Sunday.

Good luck to her.

Talking of announcements?

You can’t avoid seeing mentions of what Elon Musk is up to on Twitter.

Nor — if you’re keeping you eyes peeled — avoid fact that you can create polls on the site.

Yep: Elon’s made a poll.

Asking if Donald Trump should be allowed back on the platform.

I voted ‘No,’ so you know.

The man’s a liability!

At the very least.

Let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Mum*, Olga† and Debbi‡ putting in their answers: with Olga and Debbi scoring five out of five, and Mum on four.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Here they are, along with the How To, License and video.

Q1)        19th November is the feast day of Obadiah.   The Book of Obadiah is in what: the Old Testament or the New Testament?

Here’s yesterday’s questions and answers …

Here’s a thought …
“Normal is not something to aspire to, it is something to get away from.”
Jodie Foster, born November 19, 1962.
And a song …

Quite how my cousin Mark got into Zappa and company?   I don’t know!

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        Hello, Mum!

I’ve made the appointment, Olga: for the end of December.   It’s the nearest they could do, unfortunately!
They’s not frozen taxes, as far as I can see: they’ve tinkered with the various thresholds: you’re now paying the higher rate if you’re earning less.
I’m grateful I’m not an egg fan: Asda and Lidl’s are now rationing them …

I’ve seen the film, Debbi: I wasn’t stunned, unfortunately.   To be fair, I only had access to a preview version.

I’ve JUST had a sneaky look on a couple of — ahem — iffy website for a copy of Welcome To Essex, Debbi.

It’s SO bad … nobody’s pirated it!

Keep us posted on the appointment. I've also voted no, but when I did, the yes to reinstating Trump was winning...
