Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 11th June, 2023.

11th June, 2023.

I’m right, aren’t I … ?

I need a haircut.

At some point.

I’m definitely getting shaggy.

That’s not good: in the hot weather, we’re expecting!

~≈💈≈~

At any rate … ?

I’ve got an upcoming busy week.

Or, at least, a busy couple of days!

Where I’m supposed to get the time — or money — for. new do?

I don’t know!

~≈£≈~

Are you a Dr Who fan?

Then you’re possibly aware that Bonnie Langford’s been spotted on the film set for the 14th Season: or possibly the specials.

Hopefully?

We’ll see her characters, Mel, get used for more than just screaming …

Or possibly singing!

The character’s supposed to be a computer coder, after all!

And a song …

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        I hope so, Olga: my GP’s good at juggling these things.
And mentioning the hat reminds me: I have to dig up my long sleeved shirts.   I know sunshine’s good for helping us produce vitamin D, but it’s sunburn weather, out there.
Have a good day at the Do!

        Hello, Mum!

‡        It should be something to watch, Debbi!   And considering Bonnie Langford’s been on stage since she was seven, she’s possibly the most experienced performer the Dr Who team has hired … twice.
There’s talk of a UNIT spinoff, as well.   We’ll see!

It is too hot for long sleeves here, but I try to remember to wear protection, factor 50 mostly (no point in going with lower, to tell you the truth, unless you have pretty dark skin to begin with).
The do was fun. There were a lot of activities for children, including aerial acrobatics (or aerial dance, as they call it), face painting, henna hand painting, games, and they were preparing a huge (for 200 people) paella as well, this one a vegetable one, and it did smell and look great. They also had a guy doing a zumba-like activity, and he managed to get everybody going. It was a nice mixture of people, as this is a community school for adults, and they do lots of different courses, many for people arriving here from other countries. It was very sunny, but there was a bit of a breeze, and there are trees in that square, so it was possible to benefit from the shade...
