At ANY rate … ?   It sounds like you had drama on one hand, and a challenge on the other!   I’m just glad Jude’s not that much of a dramatist.   Well … I say that!   At any rate, it could be worse, it could be a Christmas episode of EastEnders!

I hope the rest of the weekend goes well for you.   Frankly?   I just want to see how Patrick Troughton’s eyes turn out in episodes three and four.

^        Well, he did crop up in that episode of The Prisoner, Debbi.   Maddern cropped up in a couple of the Carry On films, as well: although I know they’re not big in the States.

You’re not wrong about David Tennant, though.   He performance in Des was amazing.   I was more impressed with Daniel Maysª, though, in Des: he played a blinder.

ª        I don’t know if you saw a series called Outcasts, Debbi, but Daniel Mays was in that.   He was … sort of OK in the thing … but a lot better in The Limehouse Golem, and Des.
