Well, the fact is, seemingly, Congress has decided to postpone a vote on one of bills.

Good for them.

Personally, I happen to think being careful with these things is a good thing.

After all — and I know it’s not quite the same — but the fact that — until the recommendations of the Hargreaves review go through — it’s still — in the UK — illegal for your to copy a CD to your iPod, gives you an idea of how silly the laws can get.
